Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Non-defective items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase. Defective or damaged items may be returned regardless of condition with supporting photos or videos.
Return Process
To start a return, customers must contact Korva Outdoor support within 30 days of receiving the order and provide their order number along with the reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions and an authorization will be provided. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it using a trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective or damaged items are not subject to any restocking fee.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Items returned for non-defective reasons must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus the 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
Customers should report defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue. Eligible items may receive a replacement or a full refund with no restocking fee.
Incorrect Items
If the wrong product is received, customers should contact Korva Outdoor immediately. The incorrect item will be returned and replaced with the correct product.
Orders Lost in Transit
If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, customers should contact support. Korva Outdoor will investigate with the carrier and provide either a replacement or full refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment qualify for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, standard return procedures and applicable restocking fees will apply.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days, though bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, incorrect, or size/color-related issues. Customers must contact support to request an exchange.
